While I can happily agree with most statements in this charter I would have to take issue with no.8 The greatest challenges would not necessarily be technical ones and the scientific method is not immune to accusations of cultural bias or racism. In particular it may not always be in alignment with the spirit of the ideals reflected in other statements here.
