I don't know how to include my feelings in my decisions but more importantly, I am not sure what I may actually feel. I have no memory of ever being spontaneous with my emotions, with my behavior. I am, to the best of my knowledge, a walking algorithm of patterns of behavior .....fortunately each tic represents unlimited potential for me and so do pledge to go "Liar Liar" on myself from this moment forward. And maybe, just maybe I begin to enter into my decisions, decisions that are stimulated by evolution and decisions that stimulate evolution with a balance of emotion, heart, spirit, and my physical body.
