"I agree with all that is stated in the charter. My fear regarding this concept is, "who will be the gatekeepers?" Who will protect the individual? Who will ensure that all will be free to be and do as they see necessary and fit when the collective can not see the necessity and fit? Genius has always stood alone against the ignorant masses/authorities when it first presents. Who will protect genius?"
