"Brilliant intention/vision! I wrote a similar manuscript over a year ago titled "Moneyless Society". Your Charter overlooks some important challenges and aspects I have envisioned like, man's obsession with power and control, the primal biological program to dominate not only nature, but other people, communities and countries as well. It requires conscious evolution and spiritual insight, not just technology and education to overcome this challenge. Further, your charter overlooks the ultimate force in the universe, its INFINITE CREATOR, its substance, our life-giving source, and the Creator's plan for enlightened humanity, based on the highest moral-spiritual values. (Recorded within the ancient-authentic Jewish teachings.) Open conversation, extended perspectives and brainstorming would facilitate fundamental refinement of this Charter and expansion of the principles that will manifest its vision. I will gladly offer my perspectives and contribution as a visionary. Contact me. "
