"Most people will sign this charter, think they've done a great thing, boast to their friends how they're changing the world. Only to settle back into the daily matrix of media, consumerism and conformity. Before I signed this I have already spent 10 years thinking of ways that I can make a difference, beyond reading or watching something online then spreading it via social media tools. I chose to give up my comfortable lifestyle, my materiel things and put what I believe into action. If I want to see changes in the world around me, I must be willing to make changes from within first. After 10 years of planning and less than 21 months to go, I have chosen to be a nomad and against all the negatives head out into the world to try and help others, and to be the best person I can be. If you sign this too, then I hope you're willing to also make the personal changes required to succeed in this epic world changing charter."
