"In regard to number nine. Yes, the disabled should be cared for. But ONLY as much as they need. I personally know people who have worked in nursing homes, and people ho have aided the disabled. And I know for a fact that a lot of the people we give so much help to really DON'T need it. Someone who is completely capable of washing themselves should NOT need someone to do it for them, yet they take advantage of that kind of service. I'll sign your charter, but in the end signing this will make NO difference. I've signed many many petitions and charters and they don't mean *shit*. The only way you or anyone else can achieve what you say you'd like to is by getting up and WORKING FOR IT. So, while some of you may actually be doing something about this, I have something to say to the people sitting in their three bedroom oil heated house with A.C. and flatscreen T.V. & DVR system... If you sign this, you're nothing more than a pseudo activist. But, no one will read this comment. =]"
