"This is a very interesting idea and I can definitely see a future leading towards it. Life as it is lacks care and compassion, can transform this planet into a barren wasteland. This plan encompasses all of the necessary factors in making this world a happier place. Although change is a beautiful thing, many of the closed minded individuals inhabiting this planet will not so easily agree with this method. To them, this change might be such a drastic shift, that they may be appalled by the idea. I understand this is just the beginning of free world charter, and I fully support this, but what'll happen when this information reaches critical mass? What if that 1% that this project is trying to reach is met, then what? Perhaps, planning out some courses of actions through said science, to smooth out the drawbacks of transition and change, might prove to be effective.
