"Our way of life is not only outdated, but becoming ever more destructive as it carries on into the modern world. Mammals, and humans best of all, became dominant and widespread on this planet because of the ability to adapt socially to their environments. We will adapt further to changing circumstances, abandoning old behaviors that no longer serve their original purpose. The alternative is anything more complex than a cockroach on this planet will die. It's as simple as that."
