"There is no way to sign this charter without agreeing with all 10 statements. So while I have agreed to all I do have one reservation which your FAQ link fails to adequately address. While I can happily agree with most statements in this charter I would have to take issue with no.8 The greatest challenges would not necessarily be technical ones and the scientific method is not immune to accusations of cultural bias or racism. In particular it may not always be in alignment with the spirit of the ideals reflected in other statements here. In the interests of integrating true equality and justice as naturally accepted ingredients in this charter this is something that should not be marginalised or just presumed. "
