"Honestly I think 1 and 10 would be enough. A child of the '70's I have always been searching for a way to express this, these values are ones I have tried to pass on to my children - they are the values that matter. Until we resolve these key issues that stop us from reaching maturity as a species we will always run the danger of extinction. This charter is the future, the sooner we implement it - the more secure our future will be."
