"The only amendment or comment would be that in the tenth statement, we should take into consideration the need for population control. not in the aspect of mass genocide or anything like that, but people must understand that even with the greatest of technologies, the planet can only sustain so many people. we must come to understand and acknowledge that the planet does have a carrying capacity... a limit to how many humans it can sustain. until we can get to another planet, we must reproduce less. keep the population at a even level. every couple is LIMITED to the number of children they can have. 2 children per couple. there will be complications when it comes to divorces and marriages, but that can be easily managed too. with everyone understanding that there can only be so many people on the planet at once, without killing us all and the planet for the future generations to come."
