"I understand that point 6. refers to equality of access but saying 'without obligation' may imply to some that they have divine 'rights' without responsibilities for them. A 'free' society will have to be earned and possibly fought for and as such everyone involved will ultimately have an ongoing obligation to protect each others rights to the freedoms within it for ever and a day. Freedom in effect does not and will not come free. "
