"I adore the idealism in this Charter and I agree this could be the basis for a better world, but I have a few questions. What will be done about those people who refuse their responsibilities due to laziness? How will this society handle drug and alcohol abuse, or violent offenders, or any other excessive and anti-social behaviors? I believe in education as a primary answer, and I believe human beings will not always act in their own best interest, much less act in the best interest of those around them. "
