"In strenuous & caustic times such as these, people suffer great levels of physical tension and dis-ease. The resulting build up of displaced energies leads us into unrealistic proportions of ideologic release. Like the manic depressive state of a fetishistic, religious ascetic. There is a downward spiral of imbalance and pent up self-deceit, to which the only cure is to let it run it's course, and to hasten it to it's end with calm, neutralizing acceptance. In our unhealthy states of mind, we look to idealist structures to bring hope and sense of purpose. But the truth and reality of it all only comes when we've remembered to nourish the simple natures of our existence.. those natures and elements that are covered in the above 10 principles. These are real values, and they are very practical. All it takes is the appropriate understanding of our selves and responsible use of the creative powers. Let the poison run it's course."
