"All people need time to nurture relationships, study interests, discover technology, be creative, and draw close to nature. We need a way to work shorter times. I wanted to share a transformative idea for helping both the climate and humanity. In this plan, every community is organized and has a nucleus. It includes turning, when possible, every school and college into a community center and organic farm/garden and greenhouse. Just as children's school-buses are free, any bus to the center should be free. This center encourages local products and crops. It should include many shops and/ or a marketplace, a child and elderly care facility, a hotel, restaurant, and more. Work exchange give 10-20/less hrs per week in exchange for basic needs. Local skilled masters of a trade / art should give some of their time to teach and pay it forward to the next generation. High school & college classes could encourage energy alternatives, organic agriculture, holistic health, folk arts, and more"
