"I agree with number 4 so long as the word citizen is replaced with people. As for number 5 I disagree as I believe that education belongs in the hands of the individual. I would rather it be that everyone have access to a world of knowledge and are encouraged to follow their interests with only guidance from their parents or guardian.(natural learning) IMPORTANT NOTICE: I still wish to support this charter although I would like to make clear: I do not consent to being called a citizen at any point in time. Also as a supporter of natural learning I do not consent to any form of obligatory education system as education is best left with the individual with access to the knowledge of interests. "
